Securely pack the items in their original eco-friendly packaging, ensuring all hangtags and botanical labels remain attached.

Print and Attach Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it to the outside of your package.

Drop Off and Refund

Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
